Antoine Griezmann is set to sit out France's international friendly games against Germany and Chile this month after suffering an ankle injury.
This is set to bring an an to his world record run of 84 consecutive games for Les Blues.
The 32-year-old is France's fourth all time top scorer with 44 goals in 127 games and he will be replaced by Matteo Guendouzi after his withdrawal from the squad.
Guendouzi, on loan to Lazio from Olympique Marseille, has made seven appearances for his country.
France will host Chile on March 26 at Stade Velodrome - but before that, will take on Germany at Parc Olympique Lyonnais on March 23.
